The whole renovation process was made a lot simpler thanks to the team comprising of Shermaine, Chien I and Victor. The end result exceeded expectations and the finishing is of high quality. Even when changes were required along the way, the job was done promptly without any questions asked. Although the price may seem slightly steeper comparatively, but looking back now, it is definitely worth it!

Special thanks to Project Manager Victor Zeng, who was very committed to the project and responsive throughout the entire process and even post renovation. His patience and calm composure definitely helped in customer management and set and even mood and pace for the project, ensuring smooth execution and completion. I feel both lucky and thankful to have engaged him!

Teck Soon was the first out of nine IDs that we met. He gave us the best first impression. What stood out was that he actually got to know what our lifestyle and personalities was like before he proposed suitable designs to us. Subsequently in the other meetings, we found that he was very meticulous in taking note of our requirements, unlike the other IDs we met.

The team has never let me down since the get go. They are professional, friendly, creative, hardworking, resourceful, organized, energetic, and I think the best part is they are very prompt in solving my problems. (And you know how complex and complicated home renovations can get.) Everything gets done and every problem that I have is solved very quickly. They have a lot on their hands but they have never lost their cool even though I am pretty sure I am not an easy client.
